How long does a Shopify or WordPress build take?

A standard ecommerce store takes 3-5 weeks from brief to launch. A B2B site or landing page takes 2-3 weeks. Multisite setups or platform migrations take 6-8 weeks. I scope before I quote, so the timeline doesn't change once work starts.

WordPress or Shopify, which should I choose?

Shopify for ecommerce with a clean product catalog and no custom backend logic. WordPress for content-heavy sites, catalog-mode B2B, complex taxonomies, or anything that needs custom post types. I build both and will give a straight recommendation after hearing your setup.

Do you work from Figma designs?

Yes. I've implemented agency Figma designs pixel-accurate on WordPress and WooCommerce. If there's no design, I handle the direction and get approval throughout.

Do you do ongoing maintenance after launch?

Yes, but only for sites I've built. Retainer support covers updates, performance monitoring, and adding new sections. I don't take on maintenance for sites built by someone else.
